Blank/White Registration or "Success" Screen Overview Blank or white screen upon trying to register Quicken software (or blank "Success" screen after registration) on Windows 7, 10 and macOS. Before you begin: Blank "Success" screen in the 2018 Release of Quicken 1. Download the latest update here if you have not done so already. 2. After completing the update, open Quicken. 3. Hold the Control key and select File menu > File Operations > Validate & Repair. 4. Check the Validate file box and click OK.
